Gregory St. Etienne

Gregory M. St. Etienne is accomplished in the areas of banking, finance, management and strategic analysis.  While he has held executive positions in city government, wealth management and technology engineering firms, the bulk of Mr. St. Etienne’s career has been in the banking industry.  From the Spring of 2005 to the Fall of 2006, he served as Vice-Chairman and CEO of First Independence Bank in Detroit, Michigan.  He began his banking career at Liberty Bank and Trust Company in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1985, where he served most of his twenty-year stint as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Throughout his career, he has served on numerous boards of nonprofit organizations in New Orleans.

Over the past 10 years, he has served as a financial consultant to small businesses, nonprofit organizations and community banks and, more recently, launched a new consulting firm – Innovative Strategic Partners – which includes partners possessing a full spectrum of financial and management expertise.

​

A lifelong resident of New Orleans, Mr. St. Etienne holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.

Monica Landry is a co-founder of F.L.O.S.S. (F & L Organizational Support Services), a nonprofit organization that helps businesses with infrastructure. Its mission is to increase the organizational effectiveness and sustainability of mission-driven organizations, their programs, and projects through fiscal sponsorship, training, and development. Monica is also the owner of ML & Associates Bookkeeping Services, a firm that provides basic bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services to various companies within the state of Louisiana.

 

Ms. Landry has worked in the for profit and nonprofit sectors in Accounting for more than twenty years and served as one of the first persons to hold the position of Fiscal Compliance Manager at the nonprofit organization, UNITY of Greater New Orleans. It was there that she developed her passion to assist local nonprofits to become financially sustainable.

 

Monica is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees. She is passionate about educating nonprofit Executive Directors on the importance of knowing and understanding their organization’s financials and financial reporting responsibilities.

Michael Hubbard, II

A native-born resident of New Orleans, Michael Hubbard II brings over fifteen years of professional experience to Innovative Strategic Partners, most recently as the Owner and Lead Consultant of M2 Consult Services, which provides finance and accounting consulting services to multiple organizations in the greater New Orleans region.

​

Mr. Hubbard’s past vocational experiences run the gamut from real estate to banking to higher education. It has been through these experiences that Michael honed his skills in providing quality service to organizations, regardless of the industry or size of the corporate entity. He also has sat on the Board of Directors or served as Treasurer for several nonprofit organizations.

 

Michael is a dual alum of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance & Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc.
